Decorative medallions are an easy way to add interest to your chandelier and ceiling.  They can be painted or antiqued to coordinate with the color scheme in your room, or painted with the same finish as your chandelier so that the metal from the chandelier blends seamlessly with the medallion and they look like one element.  Either way they add a special touch and draw the eye up.
